This puppy is being sold to the above name and will be paid in full before pickup or delivery to airport of said puppy to breeder. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be used towards the purchase of a puppy of equal value.
We do not guarantee size, and breeding ability as adults. Deposits are $300.00. Puppy will be paid in full by 10 weeks old. Otherwise deposit will be kept and puppy will be up for sale.
I hereby say the "said" puppy is in good health and free from communicable disease, and defects at the date of this sale.
1._______ This puppy is being sold as BREEDING PROSPECT. Seller assumes no responsibility as to the reproduction capabilities of this male or female puppy.
2._______This puppy is being sold as a SHOW PROSPECT. This puppy has no major or disqualifying faults for his/her age AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SALE. (A definitive evaluation cannot be made on puppies under 6 months of age.)
3._______This puppy is being sold as a PET ONLY. Puppies will be sold with a limited registration.
All puppies get thier first and second shots and dewormed. You will recieve a written statement from my vet that puppies are in good health condition. All buyers have 72 hours from puppies time of arrival to have the puppy checked by a vet of his/her choice at the buyer's expense. If the buyer's vet exam reveals a genetic defect or that the puppy is diseased, the puppy must be returned at the buyer's expense and a replacement will be made when one becomes available. Intent to return the puppy for replacement (REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION) must be made within 24 hours of the buyer's vet exam. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness that was not contracted on the seller's premises. The seller will not pay any vet bills. If puppy dies with in 48 hours of the time of purchase, buyer must have an autopsy performed at the buyer's expense in order to determine cause of death. Puppy will be replaced only if death was a result of illness that was contracted prior to the time of sale and seller will pay for the autopsy.
